A name, location, or similar term entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Martin County Busted Mugshots does not store or maintain a separate log of those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy notice controls its handling of the submitted search.
Messages
If a visitor sends a message through an available contact channel, the details provided may be retained so the message can be read and answered. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or site operations.

Texas public-record access is governed separately by the Texas Public Information Act, Government Code Chapter 552. A request about an official Martin County record must be directed to the public office that holds that record, not to this site.
